The Turkmenistan residential lighting reference considers neighbourhoods in an arid environment with sunlight, airborne sand and day-to-night temperature changes. Fixture appearance is also considered alongside local residential architecture.
The intended lighting areas include community roads and pedestrian spaces. The design balances visual comfort and the distribution of light, with surface treatment and equipment sealing selected for the actual site.
